There is not one food that brings me right back to the 90s and Christmas time as a child than nuts and bolts. My mom made a HUGE batch every year and we would snack on it for weeks. It’s still one of my favourites and it’s super healthy which is great (HA NOT). But Christmas is all about indulging and we can worry about the reproductions in January. For my nuts and bolts I love swapping plain cheerios for honey nut because it makes them salty and sweet and delicious. This recipe makes a big batch so it’s perfect for bringing to parties or dinners. Enjoy!
