Summer Colada Frozé with CÎROC
Frozé has been taking over the past couple years and I am so into it. Anything pink, slushy and alcoholic I can get behind. I was so excited when CÎROC asked me to come up with a summer cocktail featuring its new Summer Colada flavour. CÎROC is super nostalgic for me and was always our go-to drink for trips to Vegas. Ahh, there was nothing quite like stocking up on a few bottles before heading to our hotel – they have the absolute best flavours and the new coconut-pineapple combo does not disappoint. This flavour has a touch of sweetness and is the perfect addition to any cocktail.
When it comes to making summer drinks, the simpler the better. I get super lazy in the summer heat and wanted to create something really anyone could make in just a couple minutes. You only need a handful of ingredients to make these super tasty, super IG-friendly Summer Colada frozés – perfect for brunch or any patio party this season.
INGREDIENTS
FOR TWO SUMMER COLADA FROZÉS
2oz CÎROC Summer Colada
2oz rosé (the sweeter the better)
2cups ice
Splash of sparkling wine (the sweeter the better)
Mix first 3 ingredients in blender and blend until slushy. Transfer into champagne coups (with adorable baby’s breath garnish, obvs). Top with a splash of sparkling wine. ENJOY!
CÎROC Summer Colada has a good amount of sweetness to it, but with all of the ice required, I would opt for both a sweeter rosé and sparkling wine to add even more sweetness to the drink.
