BLACK RASPBERRY SPRITZ

Happy Friday!! You know Friday around the Garcia house means cocktails. If there’s one thing I live for it’s sipping a delicious cocktail and cooking in with Danny and Gigi. I wanted to create a simple yet delicious cocktail to have all season long – something quick to make yet festive and something you can have while cooking in or hosting a party, enter the Black Raspberry Spritz. 

INGREDIENTS
1 oz Ciroc Black Raspberry
Fresh Rosemary
Blackberries
Prosecco
Soda
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take a sprig of fresh rosemary and muddle in cocktail shaker with the back of a wooden spoon, add Ciroc Black Raspberry and ice, shake vigorously.
2. Fill wine glass with ice and pour in shaken Ciroc.
3. Fill with 1/2 prosecco and 1/2 soda, garnish with fresh black berry and rosemary sprig – ta da! 

**so this cocktail is fresh and light and something you can sip on while cooking/hosting etc. HOWEVER, my original plan is also delicious but definitely more potent and would be amazing for NYE! Basically it would be in a champagne coup, with no ice, so make sure your champs is super cold!**

Simple, festive, and yummy! I also picked up cute tiny wooden clothes pins to pin the rosemary to the side of the glass which is a cute touch and allows you to smell the festive rosemary with every sip!
